Guests have access to the entire house. Completely private.

Our house is not a typical rental. The living space is huge, over 5500 sq.ft. Both Living and Family rooms have cathedral ceilings and enormous bay windows with views of the mountains. Every room is tastefully designed and furnished. 2 fully equipped kitchens and a new professional Xo grill. Dining area has a 12' foot table that comfortably seats 16 guests.

Lower level has a movie theater with 15 powered recliners, 180" screen and premium sound system. There's a bar/lounge with poker table, pool table, TV with karaoke, Foosball table.

Home is located near Waterville Valley, Tenney Mountain and Loon Mountain Ski Resorts. Gunstock, Wildcat, Attitash, etc, all a close drive. Embark on scenic hikes, discover waterfalls, or hit the slopes.

4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended in winter months to access the property.
