Villa "S'Alzina" offers maximum tranquillity and is situated in a rural location with spacious terraces and gravelled areas that are perfect for relaxing.







The enticing pool, sun terrace and shaded dining area invite long hours of enjoyment, with an outdoor kitchen ideal for barbecues. There is also parking for several cars.



Inside, modern, elegant design complements the tranquil surroundings with a living room and chic kitchen, four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a guest WC. Upstairs there is a further bedroom with en-suite bathroom and terrace.



The villa is situated in a pleasantly quiet location only approx. 6 km south-east of Campos in the south of the island. In the small town you will find bars, restaurants and shops for your daily needs, and there is also a picturesque market on Saturdays. Santanyi is approx. 15 minutes away by car and the beach of Es Trenc is approx. 17 km away. Other gems such as Cala Llombards, Cala Mondrago or Cala Santanyi invite you to spend lazy days in the sun. The harbour village of Colonia de Sant Jordi is approx. 25 minutes away by car.
