We loved the rooftop bar, pool and views. The breakfast was confusing. We just wanted a continental breakfast but somehow wound up being set up for the buffet ,which was just average. Probably was due to language barriers but we didn't really understand the process.

the rooms were well appointed with queen size beds. The rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels. The light breakfast is excellent. The view is amazing and is in an excellent location with in a block from the park and ocean. there is not air conditioning but the time of year I went was lovely and did not require it. Also, if you are unable to take stairs I would say this location is not for you because there is not a lift.

We had never been to Nice before, and this location was perfect to walk to the beach, Promenade, bike tour meeting spot, ferry to St. Tropez meeting spot, short ride to airport.
