The staff was great especially Leticia and Karina at the front desk. Breakfast was one of the better ones you will get these days and they did a great job of keeping everything clean during a busy period. The hotel and rooms are very clean thanks to the cleaners. Tchau! :-)

o hotel em si e bom e ficava la 3x por semana, porem tive um problema o qual reservei errado uma data futura e no dia correto da hospedagem a funcionaria pediu para alterar no app, e isso me causou uma multa de quase 300 reais (sendo q era so cancelar a reserva e fazer outra na hora e a funcionaria nao avisou nada), abri uma reclamação e disseram que as normas deles sao rigidas e nao iriam estornar o valor da multa... ou seja funcionários mal treinados e pós atendimento péssimo! não volto e não recomendo.
