Pleasant surprise at the quality and modernity of the facilities, which meet a high standard. However, I was disappointed by the paid breakfast that I, and many others as I could see, couldn't fully enjoy. We were informed it would be available until 11:00 AM on Sunday, but around 10:00 AM, items stopped being replenished, leaving only about 30% of the offerings as leftovers.

Desorganização e falta de limpeza

Pior experiência que já tive com estadia em hotel. Cheguei para check in, me deram a chave de um apartamento que não tinha sido arrumado/limpo/preparado para receber o próximo hóspede. Cama desarrumada, tudo sujo. Pedi outro quarto, me colocaram em outro com a TV quebrada. Quando fechamos a diária, pagamos também pela experiência. Deixou muito a desejar.

Ibis não tem erro. Esse budget me socorre quando não acho hotéis melhores. Mas o preço só engana, de budget ele não tem nada!!! Além da diária você ainda desembolsa uma nota com estacionamento. Café da manhã ok, convencional. Camas confortáveis, em quartos minúsculos. Itens em geral e ducha tudo muito bom, conservado e cheiroso.

Eu gostei de modo geral! O único problema é que não tem itens básicos de higiene no quarto: shampoo, creme dental… e na loja não tinha para comprar! Tinha acabado! Esse é um tipo de coisa que não pode acabar na Loja. Se vcs não oferecem na estadia, precisa ter disponível na loja para os hóspedes comprarem!

É visível a necessidade de economizar em tudo O quarto era para 4 pessoas 1 casal com dois filhos Só tinha 2 cobertas disponível no quarto qnd fui pedir mais a recepcionista informou que não tinha extra... um absurdo!! 16 reais uma escova de dentes, daquelas descartáveis mesmo que antes eram disponibilizadas de graça Funcionários de muito mal humor desde do check in até o check out
