It’s fine, basic and a bit rundown but bathroom was nice and clean and so was the bed so we were happy.

Lovely location. Convenient for restaurants and walking along the river.

Friendly staff and clean room

Receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room had clean sheets but unfortunately most of the cleanliness stopped there. The room I was in had a few visible cockroaches, mould and the bathroom could do with a really deep clean not just a wipe over. Leather couches are very worn, all furniture has age and wear marks. Bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Felt very much like it was a “that will do” when the furnishings were chosen. It’s not that I wouldn’t recommend this place but for the price you can get something a lot nicer with responsive building managers. The residents who live there are lovely though. Bottom line, if it’s on special, it’s a nice big apartment. But for full price you can get something cleaner and nicer even just across the road at the Punthill or Mantra. The Cafe “Jak and Hill” across the road serves amazing food!

The room was run down and lighting was dingy. No shower curtain or shower door. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Good location for restaurants.
