On a long hill is located the kind and Mallorcan modern estate to dream awake and well-being.



The two bedrooms of "Sa Vela" are tasteful and high-quality, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.



The habitable surface of the house is flooded with a pleasant light. On the cozy sofa, tourists can sit to enjoy the view of the pool and its surroundings or watch a program on satellite television. A dining table offers ample space for family meals. Sa Vela is natural and are equipped with internet access and air conditioning.



From the terrace of the house and the pool, you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view and the Mallorca mountain range is at your feet.



The pool has a size of 4 m x 14 m and 0.90-2.20 m deep. It is an absolutely quiet and charming place, relaxing vacations are guaranteed.



The Campanet caves next door are a beautiful destination for the whole family.

Quiet surroundings with fantastic pool and clean villa

The house is great and have a beautiful surroundings. It was very clean and had all amenities we needed for our stay. The pool is just perfect to cool down during the hot days. We loved every bit of the house and enjoyed our stay. The house is must to come back.

Great family stay!

The house has a perfect size for a couple with 2 kids (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). Clean and well equipped. It’s very well located on the island with a quick access to a main road from Palma to the north. I recommend if you need to take a break, the area is peaceful and quiet.

Tolle Unterkunft im Grünen - die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als die Bilder es darstellen. Ein paar Meter weiter ist das tolle Restaurant der Coves, sehr zu empfehlen :) Im Garten sind Feigen und Granatapfelbäume, eine toll gepflegte Unterkunft, da ebenfalls alles sauber, ordentlich und frisch in der Finca war

Gut ausgestattete, schöne Finca mit tollem Pool und großem Garten.

Die Ausstattung, insbesondere die Bäder und die Küche sowie der superschöne, große Pool. Die Betten waren feucht und richtig lüften konnte man wegen der vielen Mücken nicht. Hier würden Fliegengitter sicher helfen. Die Ausfahrt aus der Finca ist sehr gefährlich, da sie uneinnehmbar hinter einer Kurve liegt, was bei den vielen Fahrradfahrern gefährlich werden könnte. Hier würde ein Überwachungsspiegel die Sicherheit erheblich verbessern.

Wunderbare Zeit und wunderbarer Ort

Wahnsinnig idyllisch und ruhig gelegen und trotzdem ist man überall sehr schnell. Super Jahreszeit April und mai. Kühl genug zum wandern und warm genug für den Pool (mai)! Sehr nette Eigentümer vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Schöne Finca, toller Pool - direkt an einer Straße

Die Finca ist toll, der Pool ist super! Die age direkt an einer Straße hat uns in erster Linie Nachts und am frühen Morgen gestört, da doch einige Autos unterwegs waren. Die Lage direkt an einem Berg hat die Sonne erst am späten Vormittag zum Vorschein gebracht. Wir haben uns dennoch wohl gefühlt, würden aber zukünftig eine andere läge bevorzugen.

Perfekte Urlaubstage auf einer hervorragenden Finca :-)

Vom CheckIn bis CheckOut hat alles prima funktioniert. Sehr freundliche Makleragentur und eine sehr nette Eigentümerin, die selbst hin und wieder vor Ort war und sich zusammen mit den freundlichen Poolboys um die Sauberkeit des Pools gekümmert hat. Das Objekt ist für eine 4-köpfige Familie sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und klimatisiert. Der 14 m lange Pool ist Mega und auf dem Grunstück befinden sich zahlreiche Feigenbäume von denen genascht werden kann. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft sowie die Vermieterin und das Maklerbüro sehr empfehlen.

Great family villa

This is a great villa for a family of four with a very large pool in a lovely garden and a large covered terrace. Both bedrooms have aircon so are excellent for summer sleeping. Pollenca, Formentor and the whole of the North Coast are within very easy reach, with less touristy Campanet and Sa Pobla on the doorstep. The proximity to the motorway from Palma to Alcudia is really handy. There are small ants - I guess because of the rural location - and these will mass in the kitchen if you leave food out. The property is managed by a company catering mainly to German visitors based in Port d'Alcudia. They were helpful and efficient.

Tolle Finca in abgelegener Lage mit super Pool

Die Finca liegt nahe der Autobahn in einsamer Lage etwa 20 km vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Super Pool, der öfter gereinigt wird. Finca ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet mit schattenspendender Terasse. Navi konnte die Finca nicht finden. Bei Anreise in der Nacht sehr problematisch. Hier wünscht man sich eine helfende Anfahrtsbeschreibung. Coves de Campanet in direkter Nachbarschaft (650m) Problematisch: Viele Ameisen, Schnaken und Bremsen. Hier sollte man dringend Vorsorge treffen. Fazit: Finca uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Pool wurde während des Aufenthaltes gereinigt (hätten dies aber gerne vorher gewußt, bei Anreise wurde uns von der Eigentümerin mitgeteilt, dass in der ganzen Woche niemand kommt. Zudem kam auch noch ein Gärtner)

schöne eingerichtete, tolle Unterkunft

Die Finca ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man in einer Woche so brauchen könnte. Der Service von Ideal Property war außerdem auch sehr zuverlässig und freundlich. Ein Nachteil der Unterkunft ist die Lage in Bezug auf Sonnenschein. Besonders Abends und morgens hat die Finca leider keine Sonne auf der Terrasse weil ein Berg im Osten und hohe Sträucher im Westen dem Balkon Schatten spenden. Das ist im Sommer vl. ein Vorteil. Im Frühjahr hätten wir die Sonnen gerne mit uns auf der Terrasse gehabt.
