"L odeur de la chambre était pas très agréable. Les taies d oreiller puait. La chambre au dessus fesait beaucoup trop de bruit. Et lea vitres étaient très sale. On ne voyait pas bien Québec. Le service très bien, déjeuner correct. Le breuvage a volonté étaient très agréable."

"The Grand Time Hotel looks clean at first, and the carpet does not smell, which is a plus. However, the room itself is very disappointing. The room is extremely dark due to heavy black curtains and outdated furniture — you have to keep all the lights on, which is not comfortable. The bathroom is also very outdated and needs renovation. The bed was supposed to be a queen but felt small and was very uncomfortable. The TV is almost useless, with very limited channels and no option to cast or use streaming services like Netflix or YouTube. Another major issue is housekeeping: there is no daily cleaning unless you request it. This is not clearly explained at check-in, and the only information is on a small card in the room that’s easy to miss. Overall, while the hotel seems clean at first glance, the outdated rooms, poor comfort, and lack of clear service make it hard to recommend."

"Our room was dirty when we go in but we came early at the hotel if we can check in early and staff told us to wait till our check in time ( 4pm ) as they will clean the room and check 1st before we can check in. But unfortunately we were disappointed as the room was dusty, and the utilities that we can use ( Kleenex ) was not filled up and No water bottle to drink. I won’t recommend this hotel to the other tourist if they’re planning to go visit Quebec someday. Poor for cleanliness 😵💫"

"Bel hôtel bien situé avec une silhouette iconique. Bons restaurants sur le site et d'autres à proximité. Chambre spacieuse avec télévision cafetière fauteuils tables, belle vue d'une grande baie vitrée. Salle de bain impeccable. Piscine originelle et bien entretenue. L'équipement de la salle de sport a vu de meilleurs jours. Peronnel aidant et à l'écoute."
