"The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom, however, needed some work. The toilet wouldn’t flush unless you kept the handle down the whole time, the door didn’t close unless you really pushed it hard. I reached out of the shower to get a washcloth Off the shelf and when I looked at it, there was black mascara on it. It had never been cleaned from the previous occupants."

"Really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I used the available kayaks to fish and caught sea trout and red fish. Watching the sunset from the balcony was very relaxing. Very private and cozy. "

"Had parking for 2 vehicles. Clean, had a beautiful veiw of sunrise over river.dock was good size. Screened in porch was favorite place in the evening. The Host is the greatest,he was so friendly and helpful .made our stay enjoyable."

"Property was new and clean! Needs more traditional stuff like end tables with traditional lamps, comfortable chairs on porch, towel bars in bathrooms, more kitchen utensils, dishes, cookware etc. Proper Vaccum to use on rugs provided in the condo. In our years of renting vacation properties it offered the least of everything people needed to live with for a period of time. "

"Riverbend Retreat is a very relaxing and comfortable house. It is fully stocked with anything you would need to have a peaceful, relaxing stay. Although we didn’t take advantage of the kayaks, we did do some fishing which was a great way to spend the afternoon and evening. Even though it’s a secluded location, there is shopping and restaurants close by. We also spent some time at both E.G. Simmons County park which has a small beach and Little Manatee State Park which you can paddle to. Check in and check out was extremely easy. We really had no problems but when we did communicate with Sidney, he responded quickly! Definitely recommend it!"
