"Mein Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Haus und das Grundstück waren top. Ich habe Wege vermisst, auf denen ich mit meinem Hund lange Spaziergänge machen könnte. Das Haus zu finden und die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für alles. "

"Wir waren mit unseren Kindern in dem schönen modernen Ferienhaus im Landhausstil. Innen liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert und der Außenbereich war sehr gepflegt. Selbst Spielsachen für die Kinder gab es. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Gastgeber und seine Familie waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten sogar spontan noch einen Tag dranhängen. "Als erstes fällt einem der üble, chemische Geruch auf, wenn man die Wohnung betritt. Der Geruch verfliegt auch nicht, egal wie lange man lüftet. Besonders sauber war das Appartement auch nicht. Es lagen Krümel auf dem Geschirrschrank, an den Küchenschranktüren klebten noch Kaffeeflecken, im Bad war die Toilettenbürste wohl schon länger nicht sauber gemacht worden und staub lag sowieso überall. Vermisst haben wir Müllbeutel und einen neuen Spüllappen anstelle des alten, evtl. auch ein sauberes...

"We had a great time at Idyll am See. The communication with the Bersa family was easy and fast and the accommodation looks exactly like on the pictures. It is very clean, cosy, and so quiet. Ideal to relax! We would absolutely recommend to stay there."

"Excellent stay here and would so happily go back again. Room super clean and with a balcony. Bathroom modern and fresh. Everything thought of for the stay. Breakfast also excellent and full range of options. Also excellent staff."

"The room was comfortable, if smaller than some we have used and there were no tea/coffee making facilities but generally OK. Staff were friendly and helpful although parking could be better (we have a disabled badge and parked on-street which was more convenient). Breakfast was good. The surrounding area was fairly scruffy as clearly this part of Rostock is still in the process of development/improvement. Restaurants were on the other side of what was effectively a dual carriageway with few convenient crossing points but a good choice of outlets. Rostock as a whole is not an obvious place to visit but there is plenty to see from both the historic and communist eras. The beach resort of Warnemunde is good for high-end shopping and eating although the beach itself is a disappointment. Bad Doberan is worth a visit for the minster church and the "Molli" narrow-gauge railway."

"Because I left very early for the ferry the staff had made a lovely vegetarian breakfast for me to take away. There are lockable fridge locker and a kitchen area with sink and microwave. I emailed the hotel 48 hours before I arrived to make the request and the breakfast was in the fridge the evening before I left. Excellent for a stopover."

"I arrived and required change to pay my taxi, staff changed €100 note for me, later gave me directions to a local bank so I could refill my wallet. Even though the hotel is near the train station the hotel is very very quiet, one of the best sleeps I have ever had. Make sure to set your alarm as you will oversleep if you don’t. "
