The Space:

The house has 4 bedrooms, including 3 en-suite bathrooms, and 4 full bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. Enjoy the privacy of the four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and relax in the communal areas, such as the spacious living and dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the private swimming pool invites you to enjoy moments of leisure and relaxation. Free parking is available on site.



The Neighborhood:

Our house is located in Lanhelas, a charming village in Portugal, just a few minutes’ drive from the centre of Caminha (4 km). The location is perfect for exploring the stunning beaches of Caminha and Moledo, both around 10 km away, ideal for a day of sun and sea. For food lovers, Caminha and Moledo offer a variety of restaurants and bars serving the best of Portuguese cuisine. Don’t miss the chance to try the tomato rice croquettes at Palma or the famous Toninho Fângio at Ruínas – unique culinary experiences. The house is conveniently located 50 minutes from the airport and close to cities such as Porto (100 km), Vigo (65 km) and Viana do Castelo (25 km), making it an ideal base for exploring the region.



Getting Around:

The property offers free on-site parking, making your arrival and stay easier. For those travelling by public transport, Caminha railway station is approximately 4 km away, providing convenient connections. Porto Airport (OPO) is around 100 km away, with a journey time by car of approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, depending on traffic. Alternatively, you may wish to consider using transfer services or taxis for a more comfortable journey.



Other Things to Note:

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



In order to make Caminha more attractive, the municipal tourist tax has come into force.

The €1.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over the age of 16, between October 1 and April 30 and between May 1 and September 30 the amount is €1.50. The amount is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
