"The location is perfect for Broadway (two blocks - just close enough), the Music City Center and Bridgestone Arena. The price was right as well. But the units weren't great. More Spacious than a hotel, but of lower quality. "

"We’ve never stayed here before this trip. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was large and was beautifully decorated. The amenities were great. The front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating of our needs. Definitely will stay here again!"

"This was a wonderful experience. Kiki at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful with suggestions. The bunk bed room was a hit for my son. The shower felt so good you don’t want to leave, especially with the minty soap. Bed was comfortable and room very clean. And everything was close enough to walk to. "

"The room was terrible, dirty shower, walls full of marks and scrapes, dents and stains all over the place floor was gross, the sofa was dirty with food crusted on top of it. Shower had no water pressure, literally water stream is 10” from the wall no further.. the shower floor had a spider like puncture in the floor and grunge all around the base where the shower glass meets the fiberglass pan, which if water actually hit it bits of black flecks flowed towards the drain..damaged toilet seat that slid all over the place when trying to use it.. the bed was only redeeming quality, no room service at all.. honestly probably worst place I’ve stayed in years."
