"Yes clean room. Toilet overflowed the first time using it. but they came within minutes and fixed and cleaned thoroughly. No problems after that. "

"View from city view room was amazing. Room was large and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Location was fabulous. A 10 min walk to Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame or the Broadway bars. Too cold to use outdoor pool or room balcony but both were excellent facilities. Would definitely book again for any Nashville stay."

"When checking in you have to pull up under the covered area where the doors are. There’s a circle drive up by the doors and it’s just tight driving through there. We were driving a pickup. They only have valet parking so we couldn’t park our own truck. Then you let them know when you’re ready to get it. The valet attendant was fast. Although it was $59 + tip it’s still cheaper than to park elsewhere. "
