Padstow is a 30-minute drive and is well-known for its boutique shops, bustling quay and seafood restaurants. There are many popular sandy beaches and sheltered coves, which are perfect for surfing and sunbathing, all in easy reach. Take a day out to walk the moors and trails across Bodmin Mor to the tallest point in Cornwall, Brown Willy, and the neighbouring Rough Tor.

On entering this charming and traditional barn conversion you will find yourself in the spacious and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner area. The inviting and airy lounge is a delightful place to relax in, with TV, DVD and wood burner. The dining area is ideally situated whether you’re grabbing a quick snack or sitting down to a big meal. Exploring this single-level accommodation further you will find three comfy bedrooms: a double with TV, a twin with en-suite shower room, and a single. There is also a bathroom complete with corner bath, separate shower and WC.

Stepping outside you will find a charming decked patio area with seating, an ideal place to unwind. Exploring the surrounding grass areas, you will find a raised viewpoint accessed by wrought iron steps leading to a seating area with great countryside views.
