"What a fabulous experience. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very special. The staff were so polite & friendly & just could not do enough for you. We opted for the deluxe package & room was very spacious & cleaned extremely well each morning, the evening turn down service was also appreciated with sundries being restocked daily. The beach area was lovely with amazing views out to Kastri Island whilst offering a great food & drinks service. Lots of swimming pools to choose from too. Food & drink options were plenty with most restaurants offering an al la carte service which worked well for us as we don’t generally like buffet service. We had superb meals every evening with beautiful champagne & wine pairings. It really felt like we were dining out in different restaurants each evening sampling varied cuisines. We hired a Tesla for a day & were able to visit other areas of Kos which was great. This holiday was not cheap but I really feel like we got good value for money. This was our first Ikos experience but will definitely not be our last! If you are considering it then do not hesitate. Book now! "

"The Neptune Luxury Resort is exactly as I hoped it would be. From the friendly, and hard working, staff to amenities and beautiful grounds creating a feeling of space. My room was near the beach and was almost perfect as it had twin beds and I was a solo traveller. The room Wi-Fi was super fast and the fixtures and fittings well designed and of good quality. The bathroom was large with a rainfall shower which was powerful and easy to use. My room was cleaned perfectly everyday with no concerns about intrusive maids. The simple cards left at the rear of your front door, informing whether you were in and did not wish to be disturbed to the alternative informing you were away and would like your room cleaned is diligently followed. The beach and choice of pools are all excellent, although I spent most of my stay exploring the island each day. I did use the hotel`s gym every day and it was clean, well equipped and adequate to my training routines. A water dispenser is supplied, along with clean, fresh towels. I visited the hotel`s spa once, for a massage, and this was also worth the visit. Lovely, professional staff who listened to what I required and made the experience with their knowledge and kindness. I stayed half-board and both the breakfast and evening meal were up with the best I`ve experienced anywhere in the world. Again, staff knowledgeable and genuinely patient and kind. Check-in and check-out both professional, concise and fuss free. All in all, a great stay."

While the sea had some waves during our visit, it was still enjoyable for swimming and beach activities. "My honest review was my stay was pleasant but that's all i can say really. The staff were friendly but at time i received a lack of desire to help, especially with transport to and from the airport. Once i did book my own private transfer they tried to charge me, I had to let them know that i had already pre paid for the ride. The room was also decent but not great, wasn't a beach front hotel and there may be a ant problem. There was too many crawling within our bathroom area and by our front door. Food was okay too, a good selection and varied day to day. overall a pleasant experience but i wouldn't go back and nor would i say it's a 4 star defiantly a 3 star at most. "
