I felt the price of the accommodation was very expensive especially as it was out of season, indeed the same villa is now 500 euros less than we paid. We were disappointed with the size of the kitchen for the amount of guests and the lack of glasses e.g. wine glasses. "Pros: Jordi our host was fantastic, very friendly and easy to communicate with even through Google translator. Check in/out very simple and he even arranged two taxi's for our return to the airport. The Villa itself was clean, comfortable and very roomy for the 9 of us. Well equipped kitchen, reasonable wifi, comfy beds and a nice air con cooled communal area. "La Villa est parfaitement située peut être pas à 30m mais 20m de la plage ! A mesurer :) La plage en face est propre, bien fréquentée (familles) et pas surchargée. La terrasse de la Villa est très agréable, et vu qu'elle est à 1min de marche de la plage, on peut faire des allées retours pour boire un verre plusieurs fois par jours. C'est vrai qu'une petite rénovation s'impose, ampoules, lampes à remplacer, moustiquaires à réparer ou remplacer, rajouter de la vaisselle etc...ca reste de petites...
