The complimentary Bentley excursion around Cambridge with Mike, the most knowledgeable driver ever, was the highlight of our UK trip. The breakfast was also spectacular, especially thanks to Daniela, our hostess! We also loved the complimentary bicycles offered by the hotel! "Staff were friendly however the room was not ready for a number of hours until after the stated check in time. Loud music was also playing until after midnight on a weekday. Hairs also found on bed sheets."
