The space

This large, sprawling home has stunning water views and is fully stocked to meet all of your family's needs for a spectacular visit to the Eastern Shore.
The MAIN HOUSE features an open kitchen, a large family room with fireplace, a combination living room/dining room, a sunroom, a game room and a washer/dryer. There are a total of five bedrooms in the main house:
Bedroom #1 (the Master Suite) is on the main level and features a king bed and a private bathroom with shower and freestanding soaking tub.
Bedroom #2 is on the main level and features a queen bed & a twin bed. There is a pack 'n' play in the closet.
Bedroom #3 is on the main level and features a queen bed.
There is a full bathroom on the main level with a bathtub.
Bedroom #4 is on the upper level and features 4 twin beds.
Bedroom #5 is on the upper level and features 4 twin beds.
There is a full bathroom on the upper level with a bathtub as well as a mini lounge with couch & tv.
Behind the main house is a deck and an in-ground pool, hot tub, a fire pit with seating, and a large playground.
The GUEST HOUSE features a kitchen, combination living room/dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.
There is a free-standing garage on the property where you can find kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, oars and lifejackets. Lifejackets must be worn by anyone entering the river. Please return items where you found them after use.
There is a stocked private fishing pond next to the garage for your enjoyment. Children must be supervised when using the pond.
IMPORTANT INFO:
This property contains 150 feet of shoreline. Please supervise your children at ALL times, as there is no barrier between the grounds and the water.
There is an in-ground pool and a hot tub in the backyard. Swim at your own risk. Children must be supervised in the pool at all times. There is no diving in the pool or off the dock.
If you are bringing your own boat, please make sure you have discussed this with property manager beforehand.
Fire pit area is at your own risk, please supervise any active fire.
PLEASE make sure to wash off any sand/debris before entering the home.
If you need to make any changes to your reservation (number of guests, dates, etc), please notify property manager immediately.
There is plenty of parking on the driveway, so please don't drive or park on the grass.
