Lovely Stay in Cambridge

Very convenient, easy street parking, well equipped and spacious apartment (No 2) benefiting from a ground floor outdoor patio area. Good kitchen with washing machine, microwave, cook top, oven and fridge. Apartment was quite hot and although a fan was provided it could do with some cooling. Slightly noisy at times from other guests slamming doors and noise from the external heating systems located within the patio, however it was all fine. Nice to have access to a communal dryer in the hallway and WIFI. Within walking distance of shops and local co-op.

Clean, warm modern studio with cooking facilities 1st floor in a modern build. Coffee tea sugars etc free to use. Double bed. Shower. Wardrobe iron hairdryer. Daily reminder emails from condo keeper about the property. Easy free on street parking big benefit for us. Good restaurants and local pubs in easy walking distance. As with many rentals need to dispose of own rubbish in eco friendly way, and ‘leave as you find’ policy or deposit could be lost. TV signal on iPlayer mode. Secured deposit was £200 for a 2 night stay, seemed excessive and unexpected , but was returned promptly after departure. Any emails to the Management were responded to promptly. Could have benefited from information about the TV and local recommendations. The internet was fine for us.
