Bring your adapter and cord. Ping pong in garage.

Take a five-minute walk to Shamel Park and the beach. Catch the sunset on the two Ocean-View decks. Cozy up to the fire pit. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves.

When you're ready to venture out and explore the beautiful Central Coast you will have many options close by. Hearst Castle and Hearst Winery, perched above the San Simeon Cove, are a short drive up the coast, and the famed Paso Robles wine country is a quick drive east. Charming San Luis Obispo is a 45-minute drive south and the Big Sur Coast is at your doorstep heading north. Cambria is the perfect starting off point for countless adventures.

KITCHEN
Complete gourmet remodel in 2018. Reverse Osmosis filtered water at sink. Mr. Coffee and Keurig coffee makers. (Bring your favorite pods!) Grinder supplied. Large capacity, very quiet dishwasher. Skylight for great natural light.

DISHES and UTENSILS
Fully equipped, service for 16. Turkey roaster, chicken roaster, cookie sheets, muffin tin, griddle, stainless steel and non-stick cookware, 9x13 casserole dish, loaf pan, pizza pan, popcorn maker, blender, hand mixer, storage containers with lids, baggie assortment, plastic wrap and foil.

PANTRY
Walk-in pantry. Picnic supplies. Some spices, oil and vinegar.

DINING
Place mats and cloth napkins. Look for hors d’oeuvres plates in the buffet.

BEDROOMS
Two en suite Masters, each with king bed, walk-in closet, hamper, hair dryer, oscillating tower fan, 100% cotton sheets, and extra blankets. (One Master opens to private ocean-view deck!)

Full-size washer and dryer dwell happily in a convenient, but enclosed kitchen compartment with hanging rod. Laundry soap and softener sheets provided. (Outdoor clothesline hides in the patio birdhouse.)

Sea Breeze stay

Kitchen, living room, and landscaping are wonderful. Place is very clean with lots of instructions from owners on how to work things. Beautiful view of the ocean, and great access to Fiscalini Ranch for walking. It's an established neighborhood with lots of folks "watching" the property and guests. So be comfortable bring observed.

Cozy getaway

What a beautiful, cozy home. My husband and I spent my birthday here and enjoyed the magnificent views from all the windows and falling asleep to the sound of the crashing waves.

Beautiful property. Nicely remodeled kitchen. More stairs inside than shown. Two king beds were nice but could use memory foam toppers. Very hard. Incredible views!!

Park Hill rental

During our stay we saw deer and wild turkeys walking down the street and while on the Moonstone Beach walkway we saw a pod of whales and one even breached.

Beautiful House with Great Views in Quiet Neighborhood.

All was good. Easy check-in, wonderful home. As good as the photos are, they do not do the home or the views justice. Very quiet neighborhood. Relaxing couple of days. Would love to stay here again.

Gorgeous home and a perfect location!

This stunning home was absolutely perfect, offering comfortable bedrooms, a beautifully equiped kitchen, ocean views that are a short, easy walk to reach - 1 1/2 blocks - and outside spaces - deck off the master bedroom, deck on the main level, a firepit with bench seating, as well as chairs to sit in and enjoy the ocean, sunrises and sunsets. Glorious! We would rent this lovely property again!

Absolutely beautiful!

Amazing home with beautiful view of the ocean. Close to town and super quiet (except for the beautiful sound of the waves). Lovely sitting areas outside to enjoy the view and night sky. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. There are a bit of stairs so pack lightly. Loved it and hope to return soon!

Trip to see the lights

This was our third trip to Cambria for the Christmas Market but our first time at SeaBreeze...it definitely won't be our last. The house is in a great location and worked well for our family of 2 adults, a 16 year old and a 3 year old. It was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals at home and we enjoyed eating out on the deck.

One of Cambria's Secrets

The location is quiet and peaceful enough to always hear the waves crashing on the beach a few blocks away. This house was clean, comfortable (especially the beds) and well laid out with a kitchen that met all of our cooking expectations. Morning coffee by the fire pit and viewing the ocean in the distance, helped us start many easygoing days of walks on the nearby beach and some scenic bike rides around the quaint town of Cambridge. The Breen staff was very helpful with shopping and dining suggestions, and very accommodating in arranging to extend our stay. This rental is definitely on our list for a return destination.

The house was clean, with comfortable beds, and was well-stocked with all of the kitchen necessary appliances and kitchen utensils anyone would need. The view of the ocean was stunning and we appreciated the ping-pong table in the garage, as well as the outside fireplace for roasting marshmallows. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Slice of Heaven in Cambria!

This house was amazing with the best ocean views from the living area spaces. The whole process from reservation to check in was awesome. Breen Management team was spot on with communications and check in instructions. The house was well stocked and super clean. The house was walking distance to the beach and the town. The house also had great outdoor space with ocean views and seating areas to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Everything was super clean and fresh. The area was so peaceful and relaxing. I would most certainly rent this property again.

Beautiful view

Very nice house with gorgeous view. Beds are comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. Furniture in livingroom was new and very comfortable. This house is not suitable for older people with mobility issues. There are lots of steep stairs. Wish this had been mentioned in description. Other than that I would not hesitant recommeding this property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I headed to Cambria for our 27th wedding anniversary. The Sea Breeze was an outstanding location for our celebratory getaway. The house was beautifully appointed with so many thoughtful touches added with the guests in mind. We used to own a vacation rental around the corner on Cambridge, and the Sea Breeze owners run their vacation rental much like we did - with a few extra things I wish we'd thought of. The Park Hill location is close enough to walk into town to explore the shops or get some food. It's also an easy walk down the hill to Shamel Park and the beach. The kitchen was super clean, bright and open, and had everything we needed if we wanted to make meals at home. The bedroom was very comfortable and the main bathroom shower had great water pressure. We highly recommend the Sea Breeze and would happily stay here again!
