Welcome to our enchanted garden, where there's plenty of light and love to renew your spirit and feed your soul. This beautiful, single level, 3 bedroom home has been meticulously appointed, considering any creature comfort you might need. Comfortable furnishings, beds and linens, and plenty of room to lose yourself in a good book by the fire . There is a king bed in the master, and a ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­50” Hd Smart Tv, which can be used as a browser for the internet. A soak in the bathtub, surrounded by marble, old world fixtures and décor, is just the kind of indulgence one needs to truly relax. The living room has a 50” Hd Tv with Surround Sound, which can be used as a browser for the internet. Blur Ray Dvd player. Sonos surround sound throughout house. There is of course wireless internet, and free long distance telephone. The guest room has a queen size bed. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed. Each room offers access to the lovely back yard. The neighborhood is lovely for quiet afternoon walks. Just down the hill you will be on Main Street, with local shops, coffee houses, and restaurants. On Friday, our Farmers Market has everything from fresh flowers, to organic vegetables & fruits, and homemade goodies for your stay on the hilltop. The gorgeous kitchen is perfect for creating meals with family, or celebrating a quiet dinner for two. There is a formal dining room, as well as an inviting sunroom off of the kitchen with a bistro table set for morning coffee and the local paper. Looking out the French Doors to the garden each morning, this will become your favorite little spot in Cambria to rest and renew. TOT#6001214

We were 5 adults spending a long weekend in Cambria. The house was exactly as pictured in the VRBO listing, although even cuter in person. The backyard was a little slice of heaven. The house is in walking distance to town and we enjoyed walking down the hill for coffee each day. We were close to Moonstone Beach, and spent each sunset there. Quick drive to Hearst Castle too

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful place but our last few visits we’ve noticed a moldy, wet smell in the main bedroom. The water filtration also has not worked both visits. Otherwise this is still one of our favorite places to stay while vacationing.

This property was a great cozy getaway for my Bachelorette party!! My bridesmaids and I really enjoyed the time we had staying in the house. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful - we saw a herd of six deer right as we arrived! The house was extremely spacious with great amenities. Our only minor issues we encountered were that the garage door remote did not work - which was fine as we opened the garage from inside the house- and that the front door was a bit difficult to lock which was a concern. Overall we were very happy with our stay and I would love to stay at the house again! Perfect for a quiet and relaxing weekend.

This is our second time staying here. The house is spacious, clean and so relaxing for our family of 3 adults and 1 toddler. We love the little back yard with the citrus trees. The kitchen is perfect for light cooking and the sun room/breakfast nook is dreamy. We’ll be back!

Great property. We have stayed here every visit to Cambria. While we love this property it is in need of a few repairs to the restroom faucets and showers. The TV’s also need easier controls by consolidating everything to one remote. Other than the above the property is amazing and beautiful.

We stayed 4 nights in this wonderfully comfortable home. The owners have outfitted the home with everything one could want- lots of towels, blankets, a complete kitchen, and a bowl full of chocolates. The location was perfect for day trips to San Simeon, Paso Robles, and Moonstone Beach. The carbon monoxide alarm began chirping one evening so we called the management company and a representative arrived within 10 minutes to fix the problem (a dead battery). This is a very comfortable large home that was perfect for our stay.

We made these reservations at the last minute because another vacation venue was unreachable (weather and landslides). It was absolutely perfect for our group of 6. So much room to move around. All rooms beautifully appointed and comfortable. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked with every utensil you could possibly need. The gardens were quite spectacular and enhanced the coziness of the experience.

Had to go to chiropractors upon returning home. Just now recovering after two weeks. Neighbors came over as porch light shined in their window. Next door neighbor gave us hostile looks each time we saw him. Nice home. Just because a bed lasts forever doesn't mean it's good for you. A lot of money spent recovering. Would appreciate some type of compensation if possible. Tub beautiful and house a great getaway. Property Management excellent!

It sits up top of a hill and the grounds are stunning. Flowers, fruit trees, outdoor seating and peace and quiet surround you. The house itself was decorated for fall and was very clean and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is beyond well stocked. Being able to sit outside and enjoy our breakfast and listen to the birds chirp was wonderful. There is even a little blue jay that takes peanuts from the back porch. Peanuts are provided! The house is also close to the market so stocking up was very easy. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Cambria area.

It was even decorated with a Fall theme with a bowl of treats in the kitchen and living room. The description says 2 bathrooms but there are actually 3 so that was a plus. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved eating breakfast in the sunroom off of the kitchen. So peaceful with the doors and windows overlooking the gardens. We strolled through the garden admiring the fruit trees, plants, and bird houses. We even saw a hummingbird! Although, it was closed, we took a stroll to see the Nitt Witt Ridge House which was about a 15 min. walk. The location is great close to town and in a quiet neighborhood. Four BFFs from elementary school on our yearly get together found a perfect house to enjoy our time together. Thank you, we loved our stay, and would definitely rent again.

Weather on Pine Knoll Estates is unique from other beach front properties we have experience in past years. The property is superbly adorned, with all the amenities that one could possibly desire. The property management company was very professional, in attending to any issues during our stay. The owners have maintained and upgraded their property each year that we have stayed there, not only for their benefit, but for the enjoyment and pleasure of the tenants. Nestled in one on the nicer neighborhoods in Cambria, this property is truly an experience that we have enjoyed multiple times.

The property is exquisite in appearance, and the serene nature of the neighborhood enhanced our stay. We really enjoyed the "Micro-Climate" of the neighborhood of where the property is located. The property contains all of the amenities that tenants looking for an upper end property could want. The property management company was very helpful in helping us to settle into the property upon arrival. It was an absolute wonderful property.
