The apartment opens onto a lovely open-plan living area (living room and kitchen). The bright living space opens onto a small balcony with mountain views (space for a table and two chairs for outdoor dining). The large open-plan kitchen offers ample storage and all necessary appliances: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and storage space. Bathroom with sink and mirror, and separate toilet.

Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available).
An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually departed.
Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- End-of-stay cleaning (T2 apartment): €55.
- Bed linen (double bed): €20.
- Towels/person/week: €8.
