Nothing so adequately describes "Complete Satisfaction" than ending a review with "definitely will return"! We did, and then returned nearly a year to that date! And the outstanding staff that greeted us at check-in recognized us ... "You look familiar. Were you with us last year?" We recalled them and their outstanding service but didn't expect them to recognize us. They welcomed us back "home" and made us feel like family. That said, Lancaster Hall is a charming hotel in a great location and comfortable neighborhood. It's a short walk (no more than 10 minutes with 2 large luggage) from Paddington train/tube station, most notably the Elizabeth line (to/from Heathrow Airport). It is a great starting point for visiting/exploring London. Hyde Park is a short walk away, as well as Kensington Gardens. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom updated. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, with a nice variety to choose from, to start out our day on the right foot. There also are plenty of dining options, cafes and shops nearby. And, yes, we definitely will return!

I have stayed previously and have returned. Room clean and tidy. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and sets you up for the day. Car parking fab too. Great for single travellers. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Really good location, near the station and very close to the museums and Harrods. Breakfast was included and this was excellent with freshly made omelettes. Very varied choice too from pastries to a full fry up. Used the pool at the adjoining gym for £15 for 2. Really clean pool, good size and good secure lockers. Staff at the hotel were really helpful, friendly and welcoming. One of the lifts were temperamental and the doors kept opening and closing. We were told by reception that we had a late checkout included which was 1pm. The day of checkout we were called and someone knocked at the door at the same time, at 11:15 saying about us checking out. We explained the situation but was told nothing had been noted on the system. Overall good stay and clean rooms
