"Our location was beautiful. We met our host and showed us our villa. It was a condo cottage part of a hotel.Our condo was clean . Our bed was very uncomfortable and our pillows were extremely hard. No extra anything to exchange themThe pool was lovely, the hot tub was a cold tub. We loved the location however barking dogs kept us awake both nights. Be aware of many steep stairs. Hate to be negative but can’t give more than a three. "

"Inmountain Resort offers remote accommodation high above the city of Funchal. Your host, Marco, is very accommodating. For a very reasonable fee, Marco met me at the airport and took me on a tour of Funchal. The accommodation is more than adequate. Quiet and very private. "Pros: Had a wonderful time in your Beach House! The views were more beautiful than I ever imagined. Family had one of our favorite vacations. Cons: Showers need immediate repair. First bedroom shower downstairs was stopped up and the pan filled with water. The other 2 bedroom showers leaked and flooded the bathroom floors. A little repair would make a big difference."

"In a word, fabulous. The villa is located in a very quiet area, the stay was in perfect peace (the occasional and distant dog barking is not disturbing at all and the neighbors' dogs are completely calm). "Great stay right downtown. This hotel did a great job acknowledging a special stay and making us feel welcome. Location could not be better for walking to most anything downtown, rooms and products nice, and breakfast was exceptional. Cons- parking is so confusing. They have no parking at hotel or really nearby with no directions before checking in to get to parking garages. Closest was 10 minute walk in mall parking garage. Hotel is surrounded by one ways and blocked off streets that make it even harder. Also rooms on the backside (away from water) have zero views. Looking right into a gross building covered in pigeon poop. The alley below start moving and shaking at about 6:30am and can be heard very loud in room, even on 3rd floor. "
