Nice size apartment and good value for money. Limited onsite parking, but plenty of road parking available nearby. Kept very clean. Downsides are it’s up a steep hill so need to be in reasonable shape or get a taxi up and down to the town.

The staff are really friendly and the place is spotless with great air conditioning. If there's one flaw it's just a steep walk up hill back to apartment which meant we had to get taxis home a lot, however I would certainly stay there again it would not deter me as taxis were very cheap from main strip

Very nice hotel and pool , good view of Santa ponca with room with sea view. But please tell the pool staff to smile sometimes . This is not Guantanamo .

Wir waren als Familie hier und können nur positv über die Unterkunft berichten. Die Pools waren toll, das Studio hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Die Handtücher wurden alle 2 Tage problemlos gewechselt und sonntags wurden die Betten neu bezogen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbreitschaft der Mitarbeiter. Egal ob es um Ausflüge ging, die man dort buchen konnte oder um Strandspielzeug, was unseren Kindern für die Zeit des Aufenthalts ausgeliehen wurde. Besonders in diesen Punkten wurden unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen!

The room was spacious with fantastic sea view (make sure you book a sea view!) and the handyman is a fantastic friendly man, however the only drawback is that they don’t change the bedsheets and there isn’t enough towels. The kitchen needs do also stock wine glasses! Everything else was brilliant though, we liked our stay.

Boendet var bra och det var fin utsikt från balkongen. Jättenära centrum med massa butiker och restauranger, och nära havet. En jättelång trappa till hotellet finns slm kan göra det jobbigt med barn om man ej har bil parkerad vid hotellet. Hotellet är också barnvänligt men det är mer ungdomar än familjer upplevde vi.

Do not book if you are looking for family friendly accommodation apartments are mostly full of young teenagers partying all night , rooms were not cleaned at all during our stay had to report to reception to ask for towels to be changed to be told only done every 2 days , apartments are situated up a steep hill with stairs in excess of 800 to get to apartment buildings, very over priced for what you get

Staff was very nice. Location on a hill was not convenient and hotel should have shuttle service for all customers irrespective of their timings. Pool timing was not good at all it was from 10 am to 6 pm only. Normally Pools open 7am until 9pm or 10 pm. So if you go to pool between these timings you miss outside activities.

Staff were great, from check in to the snack bar staff. We were only there for 2 nights, but the room was not cleaned, beds made or clean towels left. However, its no strain to get clean towels from reception. The pool was well maintained and very fresh! Overall, we thought that this stay was great value for money.

A differenza di come indicato nella descrizione il parcheggio della struttura era insufficiente, ci hanno messo in lista d'attesa ma in quattro giorni non lo abbiamo avuto. Sulla strada pubblica quasi impossibile parcheggiare. L'aria condizionata era solo nel soggiorno, la temperatura della camera era insostenibile, abbiamo dovuto trasferire i materassi in soggiorno. Le lenzuola erano di misura inadeguata per il divano letto.

This is a great place on a budget on the outskirts of Santa Ponsa the area a little rough to be truthful and a serious amount of steps to get up which takes its toll after a couple days ,the hotel itself is trying to accommodate all male and female groups and families with children with dont blend well , we had to put up with swearing and lots of drinking around the pool , can only put it down to the owners like the income stags and hens bring , big asset is the life guard she was brilliant and constantly watching the pool , would I go back no , the actual Santa Ponsa very nice and would return but other parts of Mallorca better im sure.
