Villa Cala Vinyes is a unique spectacular villa located right on the sea front with amazing uninterrupted views. It has direct access to the sea and the nearest beach is less than10 minute stroll away. Villa Cala Vinyes is an spacious sophisticated villa and boasts over 700 square meters located on a plot of 2,200 square meters. The vast and yet comfortable living room has 80 m2 with expansive sea views and tall ceilings. The large dining area has 40 m2. Both areas with their marvelous sea views are perfect for relaxing or socializing. The kitchen is fully equipped and has three fridges, three Nespresso coffee machines, professional oven and many extra and personal touches. There are many external terraces with sun loungers and sofas and a heated infinity pool that blends perfectly with the sea.



The villa has 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All have: Loewe TV and Sat TV, Bowers and Wilkins wireless sound systems or iphone/ ipod speakers, hairdryers, independent air conditioning and most have ceiling fans. The main suite has a private terrace and an enormous walk-through wardrobe as well as an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and access to a second bathroom with massage shower.



Villa Cala Vinyes is located in a quiet area some 30 minutes from Palma de Mallorca airport. Practically on the doorstep you will find all the general amenities that you may require including various restaurants, bars, a diving center, a hairdressers, car and bicycle hire, three supermarkets, tennis courts, basketball courts, etc. all within a 2 minute walk.

In it is: a large oak meeting table with seating for 10 persons, an independent high-speed Wi-Fi, a state of the art 65-inch TV with worldwide cable TV, Play Station, Ferrari Steering wheel and pedals, Bowers and Wilkins speaker plus presentation board for meetings. The symmetric fibre offers an identical upload and download speed that will allow you to make efficient videoconferences.

The pool is not chlorinated, which can be harmful to eyes, hair, nails, lungs, and even your skin, but salt sterilised which has none of these drawbacks and produces softer-feeling water. The pool can also be heated at an extra cost.

The villa also has a large professional Weber gas BBQ and a table tennis table.

There's also a professional chef who regularly comes to the villa to cook for the guests as well as a massage therapist.
