Decent location. About 10 minutes from the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds. Great AC in room which was mandatory. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Staff was very friendly and helpful. AC in common areas was lacking. Pool has zero shade (umbrellas didn’t cut it). Halllways have weird artificial turf floors and not great soundproofing. But given the price we would stay again if we are ever in Santa Ponsa.

We booked a double bed room and then turned up to find we had a room with 2 single beds. The reception people said there was no double bed available to me and then when my husband went and got loud, they suddenly found one available. The aircon cut out in the night and they made a big fuss about giving us a fan to use. We had a balcony but could not use it because the people next door smoked night and day. The breakfast was delicious. The staff looked like they were at a funeral most days except the lovely guy at breakfast. The location is pretty good but there are road works taking place from 8am.

Decent place to spend a few nights in SP. Away from the main nightlife etc but a shortish walk. Rooms small but comfortable, great showers and plenty of good hangers too. Staff were efficient and pleasant during my stay and always offered a smile at front desk and in the breakfast room. Breakfast had all the usual stuff and as in most hotels here awful coffee and Luke warm eggs bacon etc. Did not use the small pool area as both times I went there it was mostly in shade from hotel building. For the price a good option when visiting Santa Ponsa for a few days.

Pleasant.

Hotel was pleasant enough though it most certainly isn't a four star. A little tired in places, it could definitely do with a lick of paint, during closed season. Staff, whilst not unfriendly, were certainly not welcoming, either. My wife described them as "businesslike". That'll do.
