It is idyllically located in a green neighborhood, almost directly at the Golf Club of Bendinat, one of the most exclusive spots in Mallorca, but in a few minutes to the sandy beaches of Illetas, Puerta Portals and Palma Nova, enjoy excellent cuisine in the elegant yacht harbor Portals Nous, shopping in Palma and enjoy the vibrant nightlife.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a pleasant small development, with direct parking at the door. The bright, friendly living area includes a modern kitchen, where home cooks are determined to feel good, a dining and a cozy sofa area. You have direct access to the large sun terrace, where there is not only a dining table and a lounge-set but also sun loungers are available for you.
The large bedroom has a modern bathroom (en suite) with bath / shower and separate toilet.
The entire equipment of the apartment is lifted, the furniture chosen tastefully and matching colors - here feel is guaranteed.
A via thermostat controlled air-conditioning (hot / cold) ensures all year for a pleasant room temperature and makes - along with an additional heater in the bathroom - this apartment for an attractive year-round home.
Other technical features include German satellite TV (30 German channels), stereo and DVD player to call.
For a refreshing dip you a large attractive pool area in the garden area of the plant on several levels.

The airport is about 15 minutes (18km), in the center of Palma just 10 minutes. Even the Tramuntana mountains with its alpine-style nature is almost on your doorstep and the motorway is quickly popular places such as Valldemossa and Soller.

Eine schöne erholsame Woche in der Nähe von Palma
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut. Bei Fragen hatten wir immer eine Ansprechpartnerin. Vielen Dank dafür!
Besonders die ruhige schöne Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Hier konnten wir nach den Golfrunden richtig schön Chillen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings haben wir diese nur für`s Frühstück genutzt. Hobbyköche können sich dort richtig austoben.
Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Anlage.

Wunderbare Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Die Gastgeber haben schnell auf die Anfrage reagiert, und waren bezüglich An- und Abreise sehr flexibel. Netterweise auch Wassermelone und Sekt als Begrüßung bereitgestellt.

Schöne Ferienwoche gehabt
