The hotel was lovely went for a 4 night stay. Great location right on that beach with restaurant and shops next door Lovely weather and food The pool was lovely and relaxing Nice and quiet but still so close to all amenities Alexandra was a lovely receptionist who made the stay pleasant, she was very helpful, attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed. She was also helpful in arranging taxis for us to and from the hotel FYI- a deposit is taken for towels and a safe key

The hotel is perfectly situated, with ample bars and restaurants either side of the hotel. Fantastic beach in front of the hotel and a good sized pool finish off your day. Hotel staff are friendly and professional. Great hotel, great location, great holiday!

Great location, wonderful staff, but some areas need attention The negatives: Our beach view was partially obstructed by trees, so be aware that rooms below the third floor are unlikely to offer an uninterrupted view. The bathroom was rather tired, and the shower could do with updating. We had booked a queen sized bed but instead received two single beds pushed together with a mattress topper. This might have been acceptable had we not spent each night trying to avoid falling into the gap between them! There was also a cracked mirror in the room that had been repaired with duct tape, which wasn't particularly reassuring. The cleanliness of the crockery in the dining area was disappointing. Every day we found ourselves sorting through plates and coffee cups to find clean ones. The positives: The staff are fantastic: friendly, helpful and welcoming. The kitchen and dining teams deserve particular praise for their hard work. The pool area is lovely and catches the sunshine beautifully at the right time of year. The rooftop terrace and hot tub are also great additions. And finally, location, location, location! This part of Palma Nova is perfect. A lovely, quiet beach, excellent bars and restaurants, and plenty of supermarkets and shops within easy reach. Despite a few shortcomings, we really enjoyed our stay. For the price we paid, this was a great little hotel in a fantastic location. With some attention to the rooms and cleanliness of the crockery, it could be better.

I booked 3 nights seeing the beautiful photos but it’s not at all what it looks from the edited photos. I got the room on the left side of the main building so building access is few stores left of the hotel lobby. Very quiet at night without concierge at front. The AC was not working (felt like 30 degrees I could not sleep at all) and when I told staff at night around 11pm, he said he can’t do anything and didn’t even want to help. I asked again to see if he can lend me a fan, the older gentleman reluctantly got up to finally found a fan and shoved it to me. Next morning at 7am I told front staff that I want to check out and ask for refund of the extra two nights because AC was not working. The front staff said “maybe we need technician to fix it because it was on full power these few days”. But when I asked for the manager to call me back, he kept repeating the AC was working “like a freezer”. I demanded later afternoon when I returned to the building to show me the same room just to prove my point, and of course the AC was fixed and working by then at 6pm. He refused to give me refund even it was their fault. I did not want them to ruin my last few days at Mallorca so I left. He was not even apologetic and make it sound like I did not turn on the AC. Therefore they charged me all 3 nights over CAD$1000 and only stayed one night. Will NEVER come back.

Nice hotel in the good area. Close to the beach. A lot of shops and restaurants are nearby. Room was nice with sea view and A/C. Breakfast was good, however with poor options of fresh vegetables. Overall it is nice hotel.

Nice hotel

I was welcomed into the hotel with a smile and well received, the hotel is clean and tidy with a nice standing in the area with direct access to the beach and the pool, there is many restaurants close by and transport runs from just outside. my only comment would be that there is only 1 small 4 person elevator for the entire hotel. during peak times the wait can be long. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast, what more can you ask for

A place where you can return.

First time in Palma de Mallorca and first time at this hotel, and honestly, a wonderful experience. The room was super comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean, and the service impeccable. Breakfast exceeded expectations, and the staff was friendly and courteous. The common areas were spacious, clean, and fresh. I booked a car through a company they suggested, and for a truly reasonable price, they didn't even ask for a credit card. I requested a taxi for 4:00 AM, and it was right on time. What can I say? I can't wait to return. Highly recommended. Thanks to all the staff.

Great and charming hotel

Overall a great experience. Friendly staff and a clean hotel. We stayed in the main hotel and the rooms were spacious , clean and modern. The daily cleaning service was good with fresh water in your fridge each day. Fresh beach towels daily at no extra cost. The hotel is a small 4 star and that is part of its charm. There is a mixture of all ages in the hotel and overall very quiet at night with no rowdy partying. There was a shower room for late departure which allowed us to wait all day and check out when we pleased with no extra cost.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right near bus stops, shops, bars and the beach. The service in the hotel was 5 star. The room was adequate however a little dated. The food was not great value, we went half board and only ate at the hotel 50% of the time as you can get better food elsewhere at a reasonable price. If we chose to go to Palma Nova again in the future we would consider staying at this hotel again however we would definitely stay on a room only basis.

Breakfast was excellent. There was not enough reception staff. The day bartender didn’t know how to make drinks or what glasses to use. It was inconvenient to have to take outside elevator to the second floor “ garden” to pick up and return towels. You have to pay $3 a day for your safe key and $10 deposit. Our shower curtain rail kept falling down and the ceiling above the shower was damp and peeling.

Bad customer service and should be a 2 star hotel.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, thats the best part about hotel. We booked 3 rooms, none had floors cleaned in that week and the rooms all had issues. From terrible aircon working, no electricity, unsafe balcony handrail (secured with tape). We booked with an elderly relative and was told the hotel has good disabled access etc. The lift is tiny and no way cab a wheelchair user get into that lift, thats if you get the chance to use it as there is only 1 tiny lift so always in use. The night reception that greeted us was miserable and rude but this seems to be a trait of the reception and bar staff. Overally a 2 out of 10. The 2 purely for location.
