Modern, beautiful villa "Estrella Azul", renovated in 2023. Maryvilla, 3 km from the centre of Calpe, in a sunny, elevated position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: property 940 m2 (fenced), garden (fenced), swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, café 1 km, bus stop "Parada Bus" 2.8 km, sandy beach "Playa Arenal" 4 km. Sports harbour 6 km, marina 6 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Terra Natura, Les Fonts de l'Algar, Castillo de Guadalest. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
