About this property

CASA ENGELSBURG. Calpe

  • This property was completely renovated in 2016 and 2017. The interior has been redesigned. Each bedroom has a hotel character as it is equipped with its own shower and toilet. There is a central living room with a dining table, a fireplace with generous armchairs and a smart TV. The cooking area offers a view of the pool filled with chlorine-free salt water.
    The property has a size of approximately 1,500 square meters and there is sufficient parking space. At the pool is a barbacoa, which is very popular with all guests.
    The location of the house is quiet because it is in a cul-de-sac.
    The main beach of Calpe can be reached on foot in about 15 to 20 minutes via a paved path along the coast to the south. It is only 5-7 minutes by car. To the north, a beautiful partially unpaved path leads along the steep coast to the small marina "Les Basetes". The restaurant, which unfortunately only offers lunch, is highly recommended. From here you have a sensational view of the Penon de Ifach, Calpe's landmark.
