You can expect a 4-room terraced house with an area of 75 square meters spread over two levels. The house features a bright and comfortable living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and digital TV. There is also an exit from the living/dining room leading to the terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Tassimo coffee capsules. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the ground floor.

Amenities Included
The property comes equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Internet access is provided via WiFi, which is complimentary.
