very good location

Most outstanding fact is property is very well located closed to the public beach and rest, with parking available. Property fully furnished and everything inside in very good condition. You should bring only your personal belongings, including toiletries.

Excellent holiday rental.

This apartment is spectacular,having stayed in Calpe for the last 14 years and experienced many different locations,this is the best.Near to beach,supermarket and can even hear the sea at night with beautiful views.Only thing lacking is some folding chairs to sit around the pool but this is only a minor factor.

Appt agréable avec une belle vue

Accueil à l'agence décevant. Appartement très bien situé et confortable et bien équipé. Un point négatif : la ventilation (extraction) fait un bruit continu équivalent à celui d' un avion au décollage. Un problème technique : il doit y avoir une fuite d'eau dans une canalisation encastrée entre salle de bain et placard de l'entrée.

Nous avons été enchanté par cette location. Tout était parfait, propreté irréprochable, literie excellente, cuisine très bien équipée. Superbe vue sur mer. Suite à la Covid19, la désinfection des parties communes est faite de manière journalière. Excellent emplacement, très proche de la mer ainsi que de toutes les commodités (commerces, restaurants,...) Le parking en souterrain est un plus.
