Casa Peters - Urb viz. De Cabanyas


Completely refurnished villa and additional luxury house with as many as 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, set in a wonderful location, spacious garden, heated and lighted pool and view over the hills.


There are 3 bedrooms in the villa, with 2 bathrooms and a modern, fully equipped open plan kitchen with a kitchen island.


The second house includes a kitchenette, living room, two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. In the garden is a heated swimming pool and ample private parking space.


Casa Peters accommodates  8-10 people. WiFi is available throughout the site.


 


The house is located near Calonge in the Cabanyas quarter. The property covers approximately 800 m2 with a fenced garden with olive trees and several terraces. The house is particularly suited for extended families,   families with children and/or a couple of families.


Lay out villa:


- Entrance with ample storage space.


- Tasteful living room with fireplace and flat screen television.


- Open plan kitchen with island, adjoining the living room and equipped with a fridge/freezer and an ice cube maker, induction hob, electric oven, extractor hood, electric kettle, coffee-maker and a Nespresso machine.

1 bedroom with a double bed   (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and towel radiator.
1 bedroom with two single beds , (0.90 m x 2.00 m)
1 bedroom with a double bed, (1.80m x 2.00 m)
The two bedrooms last mentioned,  share a bathroom with washbasin, shower and tower radiator.
A separate toilet with washbasin is in the corridor.

1 bedroom with a double bed, (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a bathroom with washbasin, shower, toilet and towel radiator.

Delightful outdoor life:


Heated swimming pool (8 m x 4 m) lighted and with an outdoor shower.
Between the two houses is a pergola with a big table and enough chairs, to spend a wonderful time. 
Grand barbecue with utensils and sink. The table and the barbecue may be lighted in the evening.
The spacious and fenced garden with several cosy corners and partitions,  offers you all the privacy you may wish for. There are various terraces with seats, a lounge set and deck chairs.
Table-tennis table.
The garden is equipped with an automatic sprinkler system.
Spacious parking for several cars.
The site is fenced and accessible through an electric gate.



 


Surroundings:


Calonge’s historic centre is 2 km away, there you’ll find a bakery, butcher’s, supermarket, village pub and various restaurants.
The distance to the beach, with restaurants, supermarkets and a magnificent boulevard is only 4 km .
Approximately  5 km from the property,  you’ll find a water park.
Several walking trails and cycling routes are in the immediate vicinity. (bicycles can be hired in St. Antoni de Calonge).
Golf fans are offered various opportunities in the area.
A day’s visit to Girona is well worth your time.
With a fast rail connection from Girona it takes less than an hour to reach Barcelona’s centre.
There are 3 airports in the area: Girona (40 km), Barcelona (125 km) and Perpignan (140 km, Fr.)/
