9/10 Wonderful! (989 reviews)
I had a wonderful experience during my stay! From the moment we arrived, Chris made us feel welcomed and appreciated. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the check-in process. He went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and places to eat, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The welcome drinks were a nice touch, and Chris’s outstanding customer service truly made a great first impression.
Housekeeping came by on Friday but missed us on Saturday. However, it wasn’t a big deal at all, as we were relaxing and enjoying a movie in the room anyway.
The excellent customer service continued through checkout. I believe his name was Erick or Eddie, and he was just as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making the checkout process smooth and pleasant.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay! It’s always refreshing to encounter staff members who genuinely care about their guests and take pride in providing exceptional hospitality. Chris truly stood out, and both gentlemen deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Thank you for making our stay such a welcoming and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to visiting again!

8.8/10 Excellent! (2,224 reviews)
"Excelente!!! El desayuno incluido muy bueno. Restaurante para almuerzo y cena no incluido pero a buen precio y excelente la comida. Lo único que le falta es darle un cariñito al exterior, pintura, limpieza estacionamiento. Pero por dentro muy bonito y limpio, al igual que las habitaciones."
