The quiet holiday park is located not far from the town center of Callantsoog and approx. 900 m from the beach, surrounded by tulip fields and a nature reserve. The holiday villas in the old Dutch style, including a thatched roof, wooden lattice windows and shutters, are grouped around a small lake with a play island in a village-like manner. House 131 stands on a plot of approximately 350 m² with mostly lawns fenced in by flowering hedges and bushes. There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the entrance door, and there is also a garden shed for garden furniture. The hallway with cloakroom and guest toilet with shower leads to the spacious living room with open kitchen. As a special feature compared to the other houses, the ground floor has another bedroom. The kitchen block is equipped with, among other things, a refrigerator, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave. The living room leads to the terrace with wind protection. An open staircase leads from the living area to the attic. Here there are 2 large bedrooms, each across the entire gable width. Gesamtanlage schön-Haus nicht sauber

Anlage sehr schön, jedoch war es nicht sauber. Überall Spinnen in den Ecken, Küchenschränke und Türen sehr schmierig,Auch die Teppiche, vor allem im Schlafzimmer, müssten dringend erneuert werden. Ein Bett knackte bei jeder Bewegung! Kaffeemaschine defekt.Staubsauger ebenfalls defekt!
