「No interaction with the host apart from messages about the key lock and a request to take out the bins.The amenities were okay, but the inside couch smelled like mould and the floor rug was old and dirty. The house was infested with cockroaches inside and out. The verandah seating area was also full of cobwebs, spiders and roaches. Outside furniture also had smellly and dirty cushions.One of the lights above the dinning table was not working so there was poor lighting at night.When we arrived...

「Great location and the house was comfortable!Some minor things to fix like the front door electronic keypad does not fully light up ( battery replacement?)The real estate agent also was not responsive via the app on questions asked prior to check in.」

「Fence was'broken and double gates couldnot close properly. Supposed to be pet friendly but couldn't keep dog outside due to broken fence stave and gate kept opening as lock is'rusted.Dirty sofa and outside room. Cockroach seen in lounge suite in sitting room. Ceiling leaking around fireplace had to put a bucket under it which dripped allnight.Wasn't sent check in code..had to call Holiday Rental Specialists to get c9de sent from some Overseas call centre.Properyy needs maintenance 」
