mal servicio.

Muy mal, llegamos y un hotel en obras internas y extrenas, nos toco ingresar por otra puerta, no habia quien atendiera, llego alguien y nos manifesto que estaban sobrevendidos y que no se habian podido comunicar con las paginas para cancelar todas las resevas.

Inconforme con la tarifa, cuando llegue al hotel me dijeron que no había disponibilidad pero si pagaba una tarifa mayor me podían dar una habitacion

Catastrófico la estadía en el Hotel Six Avenue.

La recepcionista Yesenia muy desagradable la atención, negativa, me dijo que la reserva no estaba, que no la habíamos hecho. Al final nos dio una habitación con una columna de concreto en la mitad de la habitación. Los otros recepcionistas de la noche más amables. El desayuno pésimo, los bultos de naranjas encima de las vitrinas, no que cosas. Los meseros con los uniformes de color blanco, pero negros del sucio. Los ascensores no servían, no un desastre de hotel. Nos quedamos ahí, pero, jamás volvemos y no vuelvo a reservar hotel por esta página más nunca

Hotel six Ave

Great staff and really good customer service. Helpful and extremely friendly. Hotel pool and other remodeling put a bit of a damper on the overall stay. Had to switch rooms several times but otherwise a great cheap hotel

hotel six avenue

habitacion muy bien desayuno muy bien y la atencion muy buen, malo no habia television no habia zona humeda y la fachada del hotel un poco deteriorada pero en el interior excelente. si es para pasar una noche tranquilo es buen hotel le doy un 3 de 5 deben mejorar en las cosas que dije.

Todo está dañado

Todo estaba dañado, no servís el televisor, la Piscina tampoco servía, el baño no tenía bombillo y según ellos en todo cali no encontraron uno. No el mejor lugar ni servicio

El servicio en el hotel en cuanto al personal excelente pero una falla en el restoran los dos últimos días fue pésimo la niña q atendía no tenía ni idea como se sirve un desayunó en cuanto algo demás muy bien

Llegue al hotel 10 minutos despues de hacer la reserva por al app y no habia habitación disponible. y ni el correo que me enviaron ni la app tenian como cancelar la reserva. para lo cual el en cargado del hotel me dijo que no me preocupara que si no habia un check in. no habia cobro.

Buen Hotel

bien, excepto por que no sabían que llegaba al hotel por que no tenían acceso a la plataforma y el precio decían ellos que estaba muy bajo y no coinciden con los del hotel.

Ich habe ein neues Zimmer bekommen, nachdem im ersten Schimmelgeruch aus dem Badezimmer kam. Das zweite Zimmer war in Ordnung, jedoch fiel hier immer wieder die Klimaanlage aus. Das Hotel ist generell nicht schlecht, aber es scheint kein Geld mehr für Reparaturen investiert zu werden. Hauptsächlich ist das Hotel wegen dem günstigen Preis zu empfehlen.

While I have stayed at this hotel many times in the last few years, I admit I will try another hotel next time. The staff is great the Location in Granada is good but the noise is just to much. the location on Ave Sexta is us to noisy to get a good sleep along with the Hard beds and pillows. For a Party weekend I guess this would be great but I'm getting to old for that. The rooms are also not very quiet as you can here the other rooms very clearly. the staff is good especially housekeeping.Good cheap room but I'm moving to a new area next visit.

ofrecen el servicio del jacuzzi pero dicen q el nvo administrador no autoriza prender por q AUN esta en mantenimiento desayuno malo,salchicha con sabor a hielo y pasada por aceite saturado medio café pedí un tinto en la tarde y simplemente contestaron q no hay vimos pasar una cucaracha en la pared del restaurante aunque el domingo no tienen servicio por q lo están aseando almuerzo escaso muy pobre y pequeña porcion

Requesting refund or credit to my account

I wrote to you on Jan 21 (the night after my stay). No respond from Hotels.com. In the backend of you booking system,if your engineers do a search history, you will see that I was specifically looking for a hotel two rooms with the features of free breakfast free Internet free parking and pool. We selected Hotel six Avenue from the list recommended from the search. Unfortunately we were gravely disappointed! First of all their parking was full so we had to pay for parking on the corner even though this was included in the price secondly this morning we had to check out at 6 AM and breakfast didn't start serving until 8 AM. The worst however, is that when we arrived they informed us that the pool is not in service in fact the pool was removed and in its place they are installing hot tubs but they won't be ready until next week. Had we known that hotel six Avenue would not be able to for fill our requirements we would never have booked and the front desk was not interested in doing anything for us for the inconveniences. I am writing to ask that as a gesture of good will, booking.com provide a credit to my account for the full amount of these two rooms, against future hotel stays in light of his problems. I think this will be very good customer service on your part seeing as how We are long-time active customers.

Las habitaciones entregadas inicialmente no tienen la capacidad ofrecida para los pasajeros .todo amontonado El restaurante muros y mantelería sucia Los desayunos de tres que correspondían solo uno como debe ser en un hotel de esta categoría Publicidad engañosa...no piscina Parqueaderos insuficientes Solicite factura y no me la entregaron Las toallas viejas y rotas

Clean

Hotel Six Avenue is excellent for the price. The staff was friendly, room was nice and clean. The only disappointment was that the pool area was closed during our stay. The area is full of bars and dance clubs so if you are into that the hotel location is perfect for you. There was some noise from the street but nothing major. I would definitely stay at Hotel Six Avenue if I ever visit Cali again.
