Located in the San Antonio neighborhood, in the heart of the city, very close to Cali’s best restaurants, salsa bars, and attractions. An exceptional space for family or friends, with room for up to 6 guests.

This space offers everything you need to make your stay an unforgettable experience.

La Casa de Río is laid out as follows:

1. Entryway: This is the first room in the house. This space is ideal for leaving your keys and shoes and checking your appearance in the mirror.

2. Laundry Area: Equipped with a washing machine, a space for washing mops, a clothesline, and some cleaning supplies.

3. Master bedroom: A haven for rest featuring a double bed, a premium medium-firm mattress for a restful night’s sleep, air conditioning, an open closet, and a TV. It also features warm, white lighting that will delight your senses.
The master bathroom is a refreshing oasis bathed in sunlight, surrounded by natural plants that complement the shower. It’s the perfect space for a relaxing hot bath or a refreshing cold shower.

4. Guest bathroom: This space is bathed in sunlight all day long, with warm lighting to help you end your day with a relaxing and restorative bath.

5. Common Areas: In this area, you’ll find spaces designed for you to spend time with family and friends:
- Kitchen: A spacious, fully equipped area for cooking. The kitchen island features a stove, an oven, and a counter where you can enjoy your meals. You’ll also find a rice cooker, coffee maker, blenders, and other appliances.
- Work area: equipped with a desk and chair.
- Living room: Equipped with a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people.

6. Finally, the crown jewel: the duplex. This is the most magical spot in the house; it’s located on the second level and features a glass ceiling with views of the mountains, the sky, and Cristo Rey (a tourist attraction in Cali). Lying in the hammock, you can enjoy watching the green parrots flying over the house at sunrise and sunset. It also has a projector where you can watch your favorite movies. This space has two single beds.

La Casa de Río is a fully equipped lodging option with a prime location in the city center, just one block from 5th Street, one of Cali’s main thoroughfares. The airport is just a 30-minute drive away, and the bus terminal is 8 minutes away.

It’s super easy to get there—you can walk or take any form of public transportation (Uber, taxi, bus).

To enter the house, simply use the key box—and that’s it! You’ll be all set to enjoy your stay in the heart of Cali’s historic downtown.
