This is a truly stunning detached, family house. It has been designed with care, and decorated to a very high standard. It is located approx 5 minutes away (by car) from Calheta beach. And although there are a number of local amenities car hire is recommended, in order to take full advantage of all there is to see and do on this beautiful island.

The nearest supermarket and traditional Madeiran restaurant is an about a 20 min walk from the house.

Hated private swimming pool , summer season fee apply €30 a day . if needed hated please contact the host is optional . views across the Madeiran countryside.

Ideal for families and couples. Family with young children please parents mind your children at all time in the garden and pool .

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher .
washing machine and tumble dryer (in laundry area).
Bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows) are included.
Bathroom towels are also included, as are beach towels for the pool.
There is an Iron, ironing board, and hairdryer.
The house also has a built-in garage with space for 2-3 cars.

No smoking inside the property, please. Only outside.

Please note that the house max capacity is only for six people . Invite friends or family not included on the booking fee apply €70 per night.
Inviting friends or family only to spend the day are allowed .
