「Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min). 「I was happy to find these accommodations, as everything was booking up so fast. I was visiting town in June for 2 weeks for a school certification and able to stay in 3 different rooms in this one building. They were very accommodating and i was grateful to have a place to lay my head.」

「The property owner was very kind and cooperative. The facility was clean and tidy. The bed rooms are quite comfortable and cozy. The TV lounge is equipped with all necessary gadgets for elders and kids. The location was also marvelous. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again. 「Its a very nice place in a very nice neighborhood. Was clean and host were very easy for check in and out. Loved the fire place but i wish there was better access to screaming services and that the kids room was actually a queen like listed otherwise its was perfect for what we needed. 」

「Overall, the property was adequate. There was not a chair in which to sit (unless you count the high table dining chairs). There were no clothes hangars or wash cloths; that is sort of a standard expectation. The maintenance man was very nice. "客室内は充分な広さで立地も電車の駅から近くて、便利でした。ですが、ホテルの近くのコンビニや公園は治安があまりよくない印象で警察が毎日のようにきていました。夜は周辺を歩かない方が良さそうです。また、部屋の壁が薄く、廊下や隣の人の声が大きく夜中に何度も目が覚めてしまいました。ベットメイキングの際、チップの場所がわかり難かったの悪いですが、ベットメイキングをしていただけませんでした。ちょっと悲しかったです。受付のスタッフの方はとても今印象だったので、最初と最後は気持ちよく過ごせたので、その点はよかったです。"

"フロントの高齢の女性スタッフの対応は悪い。単に、空港からシャトルバスを頼むと電話しただけなのに、名前のみでなく、しつこく予約番号まで聞いてくる。普通はあり得ないこと。耳が遠いようでコミュニケーション取れない。他の若いスタッフは皆、対応は良い。レストラン＆バーのスタッフはフレンドリーで対応が良い。ただし、人手不足のため長時間待たされるのは覚悟すべし。"
