I had the do not disturb sign on and while I was trying to shower in the morning house keeping kept trying to enter the room and knock on the door. Was an absolutely ridiculous situation.

Overall a nice hotel, great location, friendly service. The room was ok, mattress was firm but not uncomfortable, excellent pressure and shower head. I had two issues with the room, 1st the temperature was hot and the thermostat didn’t work, I could adjust the fan from the unit but still needed to keep the window open. 2nd was the door, looked like someone tried to break into the room, frame was cracked and one screw was completely loose. I felt safe in the hotel but it definitely needs to be fixed.
