    Our cozy retreat offers direct access to Cochrane / Bow River Pathways - perfect for morning walks, or simply taking in the peaceful river views. Relax with your coffee on the deck, take in the town of Cochrane or head out to nearby Kananaskis Country, Canmore or Banff.

    Located in Cochrane, this quiet & relaxing private space features:
    1 private queen bedroom w/ a 43” Smart TV and walk in closet.

    Main area with a 55” Smart and cable TV, comfy couch, dining or games table as well as a Murphy bed with Queen size mattress.

    Clean and well-equipped kitchen + BBQ for outdoor cooking.
    On the private deck, enjoy the fire table & seating outside while watching the Bow River flow by - maybe even some wildlife as well!
