The place is nice, the sheets were soiled and only one towel for 2 people for 3 days.We had to buy sheets and towels!

It was great, missing a few things to be perfect

Pretty good location, near a train station. The suite itself was very clean, spacious for a 1 bedroom basement suite, bed was so comfy, and huge closet space which was nice for storage. It does suffer a bit from a lack of a TV and microwave, but otherwise it was great. Communication with the host was also smooth and transparent.

Nice place, missing so many things… but a good start if it’s a new listing. No TV, Microwave, Dishwasher or no soap in the bathroom. Had to ask for a garbage can and bags for the kitchen, dish soap and dish towels.

Clean but underequipped kitchen and stuffy

Tops: Clean and brand new basement.Cleanliness, phone call from owner for smooth check in (app does not work even on WiFi), WiFi provided is very good. Enough toilet paper provided. Good bed and bedding. Enough storage options.Tips: supply batteries for battery equipped features, get some soft lighting (feels like a hospital), provide half a cup of detergent for the washing machine and an extra towel. If you know 3 people are staying (young family) provide cutlery for three at the least. Two small pans is also not enough.. easily solved when owner would buy two extra pans and a colander!Owner, please respond to phone calls and voicemails! We had no WiFi until the night before we left because the Vrbo app did not work and the owner did not respond to phone calls after check in.Other half of the house upstairs has seating area located above the bedroom, so expect to be woken by your upper neighbours, even when they are merely on socks!Hard to clean up after yourself when the cleaning products are also skimpily provided. No light in the stairwell.. could be because of how new it is. Dangerous though, esp. With small child. No protection for stairs for kids.Overall too pricey for what is offered. But adjustments can be easily made and then it would go to 5 stars easily!
