Was in a busy area. The city view from the window is a parking lot, the parking is tight and the place was under renovation. In the morning you can hear the planes flying directly overhead even though we were 20 mins from airport the flight path is directly over.Due to renovations, the water was brown when first ran but cleared up after a few minutes. The positives from this place are the rooms were spacious and nice and the breakfast was good. Also parking is free unlike others that charge $20. Be advised that there is no pool but an exercise room only.

Horrible experience, The whole interior was being rebuild because a mattres fire. Construction crews constantly working on shared areas, wirings outside for people to risk to touch them, dust and paint smells. The bathroom ceiling leaked water on top of the toilet making it impossible to sit like a decent human being. The balcony had no blinds so everyone on the building in front could see all you business. Bed sheets were with stains and pillow had red dots like blood or ketchup, or whatever horrible stain could that be. My stay was supposed to be with breakfast inculded and I did not have the minimum trust of what could be inside the food, so I did not go for it. The parkade, even thought with an automated door and a passcode, would say that they would not be responsible for your car because there were constant car break ins. No idea how they would enter the building even with a garage door and passcode. I have no idea how that establishment can be part of the Holiday Inn hotel chain. I have a complete different experience with the one at the airport area.

Nothing like the photos. There was a previous fire so under renovation. Shame on expedia. This hotel reminded me of the crack hotels in Surrey and Vancouver. So embarrassing to take my wife there.
