  • Four-bedroom, two-bathroom home, conveniently located close to everything. The Internet is live with sign-in instructions in the house. This home is ready for you to enjoy. The bedrooms include two double beds and two queen beds. There is a large area for study in the newly finished basement. Newer Bathrooms, Kitchen, and updated colours.  Covered parking and a great street. Private deck space for the propane BBQ. Conveniently located near the University of Calgary, the Light Rapid Transit system, Foothills Hospital, and Downtown. There is easy access to the airport and to get out of town.

This property is an awesome location and perfect for a group of people that want to enjoy Calgary and surrounding areas. The host is very accommodating and the place has everything you need. Highly recommend this property to anyone.

The location is excellent. Just a short walk to the LRT. The home was very spacious for the 5 of us. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Rodney was in touch with us to make sure we had everything we needed.
