"I've been staying here now for probably around a decade (Applause & Clique). I've probably had more than 20+ nights/trips where I stayed here. Whenever I end up in Calgary, this place is my go to, it's overall a great hotel (great rooms, clean, comfortable, good design/location, great food, nice roof top hot tubs and more) but I have noticed that in some areas this property is starting to show some signs of wear, I know it's to be expected. Hopefully the owners/management start working on refreshing things like the rougher looking furniture in some rooms, slow draining sinks and showers and toilets that barely flush. Overall though I still really enjoy staying here. Hopefully overtime these areas can be improved!"

"Excellent stay"

"The hotel itself and room were perfect. Breakfast was excellent offering a good variety of food. Coffee was very tasty. The pool could use better care - clumps of hair near the hot tub were not too appealing, the pool water could be a few degrees warmed and clearer. "

"Just want to offer sincere appreciation to the staff at Hyatt Place Edmonton. Particularly the front desk staff and management who were extremely efficient, helpful, and kind."
