"Front desk claimed we had no reservations, when we had received confirmation for 2 rooms. Elevators were extremely slow and busy. Rooms clean but dated and lacked electrical outlets. The restaurant food and service was great. "

"Hotel is fabulous. Don’t even have to go outside to get to Rogers. Very convenient. Room was lovely. My only complaint is the weird pipes coming out of the ground in the pool area. This is a liability and hazard waiting to happen. My child fell into the hot tub and had he tripped one foot to the left we may have been visiting the hospital instead of the hockey game. If they must be there…. Then they should be covered with a box or some type of safety cover Otherwise great stay and would stay again "
