très bien...mais transports en commun pas pratique

Très bel hôtel ; très bon petit-déjeuner Chambre grande et confortable. Petit hic : notre chambre n'était pas prête quand nous l'avons récupérée à 14h30 (heure d'arrivée annoncée à 14h). Ce n'est pas grave en soi (ce sont des choses qui arrivent et nous n'en avons pas tenu rigueur), mais comme on nous a quand même donné la clé sur le moment, cela nous a quelque peu surpris d'entrer dans une chambre qui n'était pas encore faite... Egalement, à avoir en tête, les transports en commun sont complexes pour rejoindre Florence : préférer vous garer à l'entrée de la ville à proximité d'un terminus de tramway pour plus de facilité. Ces quelques points ne remettent pas en cause la qualité de l'hôtel et du service proposé et de la gentillesse du personnel : c'est bien le seul hôtel de notre séjour en Italie qui proposait une bouilloire dans la chambre :)

Das Haus ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Türstock beim Badeingang ist schon morsch und verfault. Zimmer sehr klein.

Un accueil très sympathique. Les chambres sont un peu étroites, particulièrement la salle d'eau avec une douche toute petite et très peu d'eau pour se laver. Un très bon restaurant juste à côté.

Noi volevamo una struttura buona, economica, lunga A1 a Firenze per la notte con parcheggio e reception 24h. In grosso modo correspond alle nostre esigenze. Reception aperto, benvenuto caloroso, e lo staff ha sempre reagito alle nostre domande e richieste con capacita' ed interesse. Il parcheggio e pubblico dall'altra parte della strada. Se cercate un parcheggio recintato e custodito, non e' così. Zona tranquilla, anche sabato notte.. La carta per la porta era consegnata anche col chiave. All'interno funzionava ma non nella porta. La stanza ghiacciata, abbiamo chiamato reception e sono partiti i riscaldamenti. Bella notte di sonno, senza problemi o disturbi. Nel bagno di recente ristrutturato, si bagnava il pavimento quando ci facevamo la doccia. Qualche cosa da sistemare, in somma. Prima collazione ottima, cereali in abbondanza ed altre cose buone. Economica, serviti bene, qualche dettaglio da sistemare, soddisfatti.

Séjour agréable

Bon hotel, la prestation est conforme au prix. Climatisation efficace et discrète. Le petit déj est bien, il pourrait progresser avec un peu plus de choix. Absolument tranquille malgré la proximité de l autoroute, et l environnement "industriel".

Il check in è durato 15 minuti, pur avendo prenotato online hanno dovuto trascrivere tutti i dati un' altra volta, le scale sono fuori servizio, un cancellino con lucchetto ne impedisce l'accesso, inoltre sono ostruite da scatoloni vecchi divani e roba simile ammucchiata. Le camere sono piccolissime, il letto è poco piú piccolo del perimetro della camera, il letto ha un rivestimento sotto le lenzuola di un materiale plastico che gli fa fare rumore ad ogni movimento.

Solo una notte per questioni logistiche. Rapporto qualità prezzo discreto, e ovvio che non ci si può aspettare tanto ma a volte con poco....la gentilezza e la rapidità della ragazza al check in è stato vanificato dalla scortesia e indifferenza del gestore/propretario al mattino.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it was as enjoyable as the first. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is delicious with a choice of chocolate croissants, ham, cheese, toast, wonderful yogurt and delicious condiments etc. The hotel is about a 35 min. bus ride into Florence and you can get the tickets right at the front desk. You can park your car right across the street from the hotel. Given the location, food, helpful and friendly staff and cleanliness I think it’s grest. Barbara

Un bidone

la prima camera assegnatari, due letti separati non un letto matrimoniale, aveva un piccolissimo vano bagno cieco e sporco, senza riscaldamento. In camera non funzionava il riscaldamento. Il telefono non aveva il filo per essere collegato alla presa. Dopo la prima notte ci hanno dato una camera migliore ma la sala del breakfast è un corridoio lungo e buio. Da sconsigliare. Ke tasse di soggiorno sono incluse nel vs. prezzo visto che scrivete oneri e tasse incluse? .
