"This hotel would definitely benefit from some updates and renovations. The check in process was slow, but the staff was nice. The hotel room wasn't dirty but it looked old and worn. The bathroom sink faucet wasn't working properly, which made it difficult to turn off the water. The bed was clean and comfortable. The pool was closed for maintenance. Overall, the experience was just okay. We selected this property due to it's close proximity to our friends' house whom we were visiting."

"Room I was given was on the first floor, I had requested second floor so that was rearranged immediately, great! However, that room wasn't cleaned well and smelled bad so I was quickly given another room which was better. Fridge wasn't great, took days to just cool some bottled water and "freezer" compartment was overflowing with frost. After 3 days I hadn't gotten any fresh towels and only had my wastebaskets emptied once so I complained to front desk. I was told they were short-staffed and...
